Let’s try something different today: a litany of Bible promises all about peace and trust. Scripture has a treasure trove of gems to discover like these:
John 16:33
“I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”
Psalm 29:11
The Lord gives strength to his people; the Lord blesses his people with peace.
Psalm 119:165
Great peace have those who love your law, and nothing can make them stumble.
Isaiah 26:3
You will keep in perfect peace those whose minds are steadfast, because they trust in you.
Isa. 53:5
But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was on him, and by his wounds we are healed.
