Lee Venden

First Weekend Speaker

Lee Venden has never forgotten the joy he experienced when he discovered the difference between knowing about Jesus and actually knowing Jesus. A pastor and educator for nearly 40 years, Lee has sought to know Jesus better and to help others accomplish that as well. He is a book and website author, including It’s All About Him.  Lee and his wife Marji currently work as the All About Jesus revivalist team for Arizona Conference.

 

Ty Gibson

Weeknight Speaker

Ty Gibson is director of Light Bearers Ministry and pastor of Storyline Adventist Church in Eugene, Oregon. A passionate communicator with a message that opens minds and moves hearts, Ty teaches on a variety of topics, emphasizing God’s unfailing love as the central theme of the Bible. He has authored eight best-selling books.

John Bradshaw

Second Weekend Speaker

A former radio broadcaster, John Bradshaw became a Christian as a young adult, and served as an evangelist and church pastor before joining It Is Written as its president in  2011. He has held more than 100 evangelistic series, sharing God’s word on six continents and filming in almost 30 countries. John is married to Melissa, and they have two children. Eddie General

Morning Gathering Host & Presenter

Eddie General provides spiritual leadership for the Greater Seattle Filipino-American and Southcenter churches within Washington Conference. During the pandemic, Seattle Fil-Am started offering virtual prayer meetings where 45-50 people (or more!) join the Zoom prayer time.

Eddie is also the founder and president of iLive2Serve, a non-profit that serves the health and wellness needs of Seattle communities. His doctorate in ministry, completed in 2017, focused on church-based innovation and missional models of community engagement. Eddie has experience as a hospital chaplain and is a chaplain with the U.S. Army Reserves. Two additional ministry roles: Pastor Eddie is the coordinator for Asian Pacific Ministries in the Pacific Northwest and is a coordinator for the 24/7 United Prayer ministry for North America. He is joined in ministry by his wife Liza and their children.

 

Bob Moore

Morning Gathering Host & Presenter

His journey to live life deliberately led patrol officer Bob Moore to follow God’s leading into pastoral ministry. Now with 30 years of pastoral cross-cultural ministry, Bob pastors the Shoreline/Lynnwood district in Washington Conference, engages in community and social services needs, and serves as certified professional coach through Moore4UCoaching.

His Doctor of Ministry from Fuller Theological Seminary in 2006 focused on Christian spirituality and he holds a number of professional coaching and leadership certifications. At a traditional camp meeting in Washington Conference, you will find Pastor Bob in the prayer tent ready to pray with you and to help you creatively engage with Jesus. Bob and his wife Joyce have three married adult children and five grandchildren.

 

Randy Maxwell

Morning Gathering Host & Presenter

Randy and Suzette Maxwell serve as the pastoral couple for the Renton Seventh-day Adventist Church, a culturally diverse and vibrant community of faith. He also serves as Washington Conference’s prayer ministries coordinator. Prior to ministering in Washington, Randy served the church for 18 years as an editor and creative director for advertising at Pacific Press Publishing Association in Idaho.

Randy is an author (see book list), international conference speaker, and founder of If My People Pray Ministries. Randy has a weekly radio show called Hope for Today on 820 AM The Word in the Seattle market.

The Maxwells have three adult children, one son-in-law, and three adorable grandchildren. Besides his family, Randy’s passions are prayer, making the Word plain and practical in our everyday lives, and leading people to a saving relationship with Jesus Christ.
