|Give a "Really Useful Gift" This Holiday Season
||As a Christmas gift this year, the Adventist Development and Relief Agency is suggesting nails, rope or a machete (see the full ANN news story). For those wishing something even more unusual, the agency suggests a cow, goat or bees.
Though they’re not gifts typically found wrapped under a tree, Christmas gifts to those less fortunate in developing countries can be life-changing and provide a sustainable source of income to feed a family or send kids to school.
»The gifts can be found in this year’s ADRA Really Useful Gift Catalog, available at GiftCatalog.ADRA.org or by calling 1-800-242-2372.

:::From the Word
And Mary said: “My soul glorifies the Lord and my spirit rejoices in God my Savior, for he has been mindful of the humble state of his servant. From now on all generations will call me blessed, for the Mighty One has done great things for me—holy is his name. His mercy extends to those who fear him, from generation to generation."
