| Trained Disaster Response Volunteers Needed |

When disasters happen, the Seventh-day Adventist Church and other response organizations need trained volunteers to participate in response plans in the community.
The best way you can help your community in a time of disaster is to participate in training and certification classes now. We have four specific classes on Sunday, June 23: Disaster Warehouse Operations Training; Forklift Operation Certification; First Aid & CPR Training; and Chainsaw Certification.

The North American Division Music Committee for the 2015 General Conference Session (July 2-11 in San Antonio, Tex.) is now accepting applications from musicians/groups desiring to perform at the 2015 General Conference Session. Applications can be downloaded at the 2015 General Conference website at www.gcsession.org. Click the “Music Application Packet” tab and follow all directions. Applications will be processed through December 31, 2013. |

Northwest Adventist Singles Organizes Weekend Activities
Northwest Adventist Singles have two events scheduled for May 18 and 19. May 18 features Singles Sabbath in Anacortes with church service, potluck, an afternoon hike and supper around a bonfire. May 19 starts with breakfast bowling at Strawberry Lanes in Marysville.
