Seniors in Action for God with Excellence
Seniors in Action for God with Excellence (SAGE) is a ministry for and by those 50 and better from boomers to active seniors in Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. This ministry is designed to enhance the spiritual, mental, physical, and social health of senior church members. 

Activities include an annual spiritual convention/retreat with outstanding speakers and musicians; building projects for churches and schools in Western Washington and abroad; annual banquets and a special anniversary supper at Washington Adventist Camp Meeting; one-to-three day excursions to scenic Northwest areas; and cultural and musical programs in the Seattle area.

You will receive all our flyers of upcoming events and our quarterly newsletter full of pictures and reports on what SAGErs have been doing. 2013
SAGE REPRESENTATIVES MEETING - SUNDAY, MAY 19
The next SAGE REPS MEETING & POTLUCK LUNCH will be at the Bellevue Adventist Church from 9:30am to 12:30pm.  At the meeting, we will be discussing SAGE events for the first half of the year 2015. For the potluck bring a salad (green w/dressing, potato, pasta, or fruit) and a yummy dessert. Please be there! We hope to see you at the meeting with lots of new ideas for future events! After the meeting, you are all invited to be with SAGE to visit the Seattle Aquarium and take a thrilling ride on the Seattle Great Wheel. We will first meet at the Aquarium at 1:30pm and then we will go over to the Ferris wheel. Everyone will purchase their own tickets at the ticket booths.
Driving directions to Bellevue Adventist Church, 15 140th Ave NE, Bellevue:
From I-405 take NE 8th St exit east to 140th Ave NE.  Turn right and continue to Main St (traffic signal).  Church is on the right. Due to some construction going on at the church, you are requested to park your cars across the street in the high school parking lot.
 
SAGE TWO EVENT DAY IN SEATTLE - SUNDAY, MAY 19
First Event: SEATTLE AQUARIUM - hands-on marine experience and education of Puget Sound! SAGE will meet at 1:30pm at the Aquarium ticket booth on Pier 59 on the Seattle waterfront. We will purchase our tickets there at the price of $19.95 each. You will find four-hour metered parking along the waterfront underneath the Alaskan Way viaduct.
Second Event: SEATTLE GREAT WHEEL - the largest observation wheel on the west coast! After the Aquarium visit, SAGE will go directly to the Great Wheel ride. Three complete revolutions per ride in fully enclosed gondolas. Ticket price for adults is $13 and over 65 it's $11.

SAGE CAMPMEETING IN AUBURN - BOTH SABBATHS JUNE 22 & 29
We can be found under the SAGE white canopy next to the Rainier Auditorium both Sabbath afternoons. Come by and take a look at pictures from our most recent events, enjoy a tasty SAGE treat, and relax with our usual warm and friendly SAGE fellowship.

SAGE MARINERS VS ANGELS BASEBALL GAME - SUNDAY, JULY 14 @ 1:10PM 
Hurry and get your tickets for this fun family event at SAFECO Field in Seattle! Winning or losing, SAGE seniors just gotta support the Mariners! We have 40 seats in the View section between homeplate and third base. Ticket price is $18 each. Sorry, no refunds or exchanges. All family members invited!

SAGE PICNIC AT FIVE MILE LAKE PARK IN FEDERAL WAY - SUNDAY, AUGUST 18 from 10:00am to 2:00pm 
This location has been so popular the past 3 years that SAGE is doing a 4-peat! Bring your favorite salad or dessert and SAGE will provide the shelter, games, vegetarian hot dogs/burgers, beverages, eating utensils. And be sure to bring your favorite lawn chairs, sunglasses and comfy walking shoes. You will find the SAGE group in Shelter #1. Plenty of parking. All family members invited!
Driving directions to Five Mile Lake Park, 36429 44th Ave S at Military Rd S, Federal Way:
From I-5 South or North, take exit 143 to S. 320th St in Federal Way. Turn east at S. 320th St. Turn south or right at Military Rd S. Go 3 miles and turn right at the blue sign for Five Mile Lake Park.
