Giving Light to Our World

The purpose of GLOW is to provide every willing-hearted church member with the training and materials necessary to become a literature evangelist. Its overall vision sees the eventual activation of "hundreds and thousands...visiting families and opening before them the word of God." 9T 126

Many are to be "prepared to walk from house to house, carrying the truth to the people... Entering the homes...to sell or give away literature, and in humility to teach them the truth." RH May 24, 1906

GLOW, in league and close connection with individual churches, has a worldwide scope, for in reference to Revelation 18:1 Mrs. White said, "in a large degree through our publishing houses is to be accomplished the work of that other angel who comes down from heaven with great power and who lightens the earth with his glory." 7T 140.

GLOW in the Dark on October 31

"Have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them."   Ephesians 5:11

Contrary to popular belief, Halloween is more than just a night of child's play. Our mission is to expose the errors of spiritualism which are fast gaining cultural acceptance. Join others in lifting up the light of Jesus throughthe printed page in the midst of darkness this Halloween! May we rise to the occassion, putting darkness and fear behind us!

Organize a team to GLOW in the Dark or hand out GLOW to trick or treaters from the comfort of your own home.

Light Friday on Black Friday

Every year, following Thanksgiving Day, is Black Friday. Black riday is a day when millions of people wake up super early and go stand in lines to get the best deals of the year. If you are one of those people, why not take some GLOW tracts with you and hand out to other shoppers, those waiting in line, and the cashiers? Or if you aren't a big fan of shopping on black friday, you too can help turn Black Friday into Light Friday by Giving Light to Our World!
