Seniors in Action for God with Excellence (SAGE) is a ministry for and by those 50 and better from boomers to active seniors in Washington Conference of Seventh-day Adventists. This ministry is designed to enhance the spiritual, mental, physical, and social health of senior church members.

Sunday, February 14 - AYE! IT'S A BONNIE GOOD SCOTTISH SAGE VALENTINE BANQUET THAT WE'RE HAVIN!
Noon to 3pm at La Quinta Inn Tacoma
$35 per ticket
Special Feature: "Musical Magic" presented by Dr. Scott Campbell playing a variety of saxophones with a few wee magical tricks up his sleeve. Ye wearin' of tartan plaids, caps, scarves and kilts is optional but would be sure to please!
A buffet feast fit for a Scottish king and queen, such as, Brittanic coleslaw, Scottish mashed potatoes, old fashioned Scottish apple and ginger chutney, pure butter shortbread fingers and apple crisp to name a few.

May 14-21 - SAGE RETREAT - AHOY! IT'S A SAGE CRUISE TO THE ALASKA INSIDE PASSAGE departing out of Seattle on the Rhapsody of the Seas with the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line visiting ports of call Juneau, Skagway, Tracy Arm Fjord and Victoria BC. Only 14 inside cabins remain at $799 per person.
Featured Speaker: Joe Wheeler, author/editor of old-timey stories such as the famous "Christmas In My Heart" series. He will be presenting lectures on stories that have life changing moments including stories from the Zane Grey series and may also teach a class for those interested in a creative writing workshop. Each morning and evening there will be a scheduled time for all to gather together to worship with song and prayer led by Gaylene & David Wolkwitz. Absolute deadline for sending in your reservations and full payment is February 1, 2010.
June 12 & 19 - SAGE CANOPY AT CAMPMEETING - Join us at Auburn Campmeeting on both Sabbath afternoons under the canopy set up next to Rainier Auditorium. Come by to visit, to learn and to enjoy a dessert treat. A SAGE mug will be given to all new sign-ups.
July 11 - SEATTLE MARINERS VS NEW YORK YANKEES GAME. $17 per ticket. This is a 1:00pm game and the SAGE group will be seated in the View Section behind homeplate.
